The holiday home in Provence is situated in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village. All utilities are available in the immediate vicinity. The centre of the village is about 1 km away.

Marseille airport is about an hour's drive away. Saint-Tropez and the Côte d'Azur are about 2:30 hours away by car. An uncomplicated arrival allows for a wonderful time in the holiday home.

Check-in: From 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: Until 10:00 a.m.

Maximum number of overnight guests: 7 - 8
Minimum age for renting: 30
Children are welcome.

Events, parties, smoking and pets are not welcome.

The owners are not commercial but private landlords.

Pricing

The rental prices vary depending on the time slot.

There is a cleaning fee of 95,-€ is added. Towels, bed linen, etc. are included.

Rental period: Minimum 1 week
Discounts: 2 weeks 10%, 3 weeks 15%.

Deposit

The deposit for the holiday home rental is 50% upon conclusion of the contract.



Final payment

The balance of the total amount is payable up to six weeks before the start of the rental period.

Cancellation

- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund (minus 5% service charge if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
